Directorate vide Memo No 9-31/2008/SPG dated 26.12.2008 has issued orders for promotion/posting of PSS Group 'B' Officers in continuation of the DPC held during last month.
146 officers have been promoted consisting 118 OC, 21 SC and 7 ST officers. The position upto which the promotion has been issued is as follows:-
(a) Last OC Shri S.P.Chaurasia (Sl. 118), Rajasthan of 1982 batch.
(b) Last SC Shri Abhimanyu Bahara (Sl. 146), Orissa of 1986 batch.
(c) Last ST Shri M.Devidas (Sl. 125), A.P. of 1982 batch.
No. of officers still left in 1982 batch is 84.
Shri S. Samuel, General Secretary has been promoted and posted to Maharashtra Circle.
