OUR ASSN HEARTEDLY CONGRATULATES THE PROMOTED OFFICER, Sh. R.D.Kaundal, Circle Vice President-I of association who is presently working as Postmaster(HSG-I) Solan HP and is now allotted to J & K Circle after promotion.
