1. Col. Suresh Kumar Gupta (IPoS 1989 Batch), an Officer who belongs to HP Circle has been
    promoted to Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in APS in the Pay Band-4 of Rs. 37400-67000
    with grade pay of Rs. 10,000/-. The Association congratulates the Officer. 

2. Sh. Kulwant Singh (D.O.B.=30-11-1961), an Officer from Punjab Circle has been promoted to
    Group B and allotted to HP Circle vide Postal Directorate memo number 9-23/2012-SPG dated
    28-12-2012. The Association Welcomes the Officer to HP Circle.

3. Directorate vide memo No. 9-23/2012-SPG dated 28/12/2012 has issued
   promotion and postings in PS Gr. B cadre for the vacancy year 2012-2013.
   In all 210 officers are selected for promotion.
