1.        Non-payment of RPLI incentive to IPs and ASPs in HP Circle

This is regarding non-payment of RPLI incentive to IPs & ASPs in Sub Divisions. After the introduction of new rate of RPLI incentive, the incentive part for the IPs & ASPs who are very instrumental in procuring RPLI business and are also writing the Confidential Reports for each & every RPLI policy, are deprived of the incentive earlier paid to them at the rate of 10% of the commission of the other agents like SPMs/BPMs or other GDS staff. There are no instructions under Directorate order No 26-02/2009-LI dated 18.09.2009 as to stop or non-drawl of RPLI incentive which is earlier being paid to the concerned Sub Divisional Heads (IPs and ASPs).

            Please look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to all the Divisional Heads, who are the sanctioning authorities of RPLI incentive.

2.         Non-holding of DPC for grant of MACP

 This is regarding non-holding of DPC for grant of MACP to eligible Inspector Posts/ASP staff since last more than a year. The screening committee for this purpose should meet every January for advance consideration of cases maturing between April to September and similarly in every July for advance consideration of cases maturing between October to March. The eligible IPs/ASPs are deprived of the financial benefits for which they are entitled since last more than a year. 

            Please look into the matter and issue necessary instructions in this regard.
