ORDERS WITHDRAWN - regarding minimum working experience in RMS

Directorate has withdraw the orders issued vide their letter dated 09-09-2013 regarding compulsory minimum working experience of RMS for IPs and ASPs before their higher promotions on 20-03-2014.
