This is regarding non-holding of DPC for promotion to ASPO’s. Two clear
posts have been recently vacated as per detail given below.

If this DPC is convened before 31-12-2013 and the promoted officers are
relieved before 31-12-2013 join at their new places, they can earn next
increment in July 2014 otherwise the officers will have to surrender their
financial (incremental) benefits. Please
look into the matter and issue necessary instructions in this regard.
2. Request for making adhoc/Officiating arrangement against vacant posts of ASPO’s
2. Request for making adhoc/Officiating arrangement against vacant posts of ASPO’s
Two officers from ASPO’s cadre are being officiating in the vacant posts
of PSS Group B. Therefore, two adhoc/officiating arrangements against these
posts of ASPOs can be possible by promoting the senior-most Inspector Posts. Please look into the matter
and issue necessary instructions in this regard.
3. Non-payment of RPLI
incentive to IPs and ASPs in some Division
This
is regarding non-payment of RPLI
incentive to IPs & ASPs in some division’s w.e.f. 01-10-2009. The pending incentives after 01-10-2009 (the date on which new revised incentive
structure has come into force) onwards needs to be sanctioned first vide the Directorate letter no. 26-02/2009-LI dated
16.01.2013.
Some divisions have sanctioned the pending
incentives of the entitled IP/ASPs from 01-10-2009 onwards but it is still
pending in some of the other divisions. Please look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to the concerned
Divisional Heads who are the sanctioning authorities for this incentive.

Sir,
kindly arrange to share the method of granting RPLI incentive to IP/ASP followed in HP circle, please? B'Coz, there is confusion as the stipulated method is that IP/ASP will get 10% of that payable to the agent. But the agent will get his 10% incentive (in r/o the 1st 12 installments) only after the installments are credited. So, should the IP/ASP wait for the installments credited or agents incentive paid, for getting his share ?
