1. Request for Provision of
Laptops to the remaining Inspectorial Staff in the Circle.
The Inspectorial Staff working in Sub-Divisions have already
been provided with Laptops.
The Inspectorial Staff working in other than Sub-Divisions are
not provided with Laptops. As such, the Inspectorial Staff working as OS/CI/II/ASP(HQ)/ASP(T)/ASP
(in CO) have been left out. With an increasing Computerization and networking
of all Post Offices, Mail Offices, Administrative and other Offices of India
Post, the Laptops are the need of the time for Inspectorial Staff.
The Association,
therefore, requests the Circle Administration to provide Laptops to the
remaining Inspectorial staff in the Circle keeping in view the India Post
Technology Project 2012 which aims Computerization and networking of all Post
Offices, Mail Offices, Administrative and other Offices.
2. Non-holding of DPC for promotion
This is regarding non-holding of DPC
for promotion to ASPO’s. Three clear posts have been recently vacated as per
detail given below.
